What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Kinesiology was originally developed by an American chiropractor called George Goodheart in the 1960's. He found that by testing muscles before and after he made a correction he achieved better results for his patients. As time progressed he was able to make a connection between various muscles and acupuncture meridians.

Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic treatment in which practitioners evaluate the underlying cause of the symptoms by using simple safe, precise muscle testing procedures. Having established the main cause of the disturbance be it structural, emotional or nutritional in origin the appropriate technique will be used to alleviate symptoms.

Kinesiology does not diagnose disease. Muscle testing enables the practitioner to detect functional imbalances. Minor imbalances when not corrected will accumulate and cause compensations. Compensations compound each other which lead to functional changes, which then give rise to symptoms of discomfort, pain or maybe allergic reactions. If these warnings are ignored disease can follow.

Kinesiology uses a range of gentle yet extremely powerful techniques. These restore balance to your system and create and maintain health and well-being so that you can function better on all levels.

Some people consider kinesiology to be one of the best methods to use to uncover and help the underlying causes of health problems that are difficult to find by any other means as all realms are explored.
